You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Please note that returns will only be accepted for items in unworn condition with all tags still attached.

. If you’re from another country, a separate process applies. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping service. Email us the tracking number along with your order number for timely processing. Pack the item(s) securely to ensure they arrive in pristine condition for resale.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll promptly issue a full refund on the original purchase price. Please note that associated shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 working days.
Special Considerations
All Denim Jackets: Due to high demand, exchanges are not available. If you need a different size, please make a separate purchase, and we’ll process the initial purchase as a return for a refund. Accessories and Small Items: Certain items, such as accessories, T-shirts,Henleys, hats, and leather conditioner, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International Returns
For customers residing outside of united kingdom , please note the following guidelines for returning items:
You are responsible for mailing the return to our Cambridge office using a trackable service. Ensure to complete customs forms and invoices accurately. Mark the items as a return and reference the original order number (which we can provide). Declare the value of the returned items at no more than GBB 22. Failure to follow this process may result in us incurring taxes and duties on the item for a second time, which may be deducted from your refund.
Additional Information
Items purchased at a discount greater than 25% are eligible for store credit only. Discontinued items are not eligible for refund. Custom orders are non-returnable as they are tailored specifically to your body size/shape. Payments made through Klarna, Sezzle, or After Pay are subject to their respective policies. Wear and tear on full-grain leather is normal, but please contact us within 60 days of delivery for any concerns.
